Everything we sell is bought in full cases through authorised distributors and held in our own warehouse in Chatsworth, California. Nothing is drop-shipped from a supplier we have never met.
We buy in large wholesale lots, so we can sell about 20% below the manufacturer's suggested US retail price for the same bottle and size. The price with a line through it on every product page is that retail price.
Each piece is checked against the manufacturer batch code and the factory seal before it is packed. Ask for the code on your order and we will send a photograph of it. See our authenticity guarantee for the full detail.
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Orders placed by 2:00pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day, and shipping is free on every order. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See shipping and returns and refunds.
