What happens to a piece before it reaches you

Discount luxury has a reputation problem, and a badge on a banner does not fix it. Here is what we actually do, so you can judge for yourself.

  1. We own the stockEverything is bought in full cases through authorised distributors and held in our own warehouse. Nothing is drop-shipped from a supplier we have never met.
  2. Batch code on every unitEach piece is checked against the manufacturer batch code and the factory seal. Ask for the code on your order and we send a photograph of it.
  3. Open it and still return itYou cannot judge a fragrance through cellophane. Spray it. If it is not what you expected, send it back within 30 days, opened or not.
  4. We pay the return shippingIf you believe a piece is not genuine, we email a prepaid label the same day and refund in full once it arrives. No restocking fee.
