You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any item.
Sealed units in the original box. Opened fragrance that is at least 90% full. Anything that arrived damaged, wrong, or that you believe is not genuine, returned at our cost.
Email returns@maridelle.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with an authorisation number. Approved returns are sent to our warehouse at 645 E Morrill Ave, Columbus, OH 43207. Please do not send anything back before you have that number, as unauthorised parcels are refused.
We pay return shipping on damaged, wrong or authenticity returns. You pay it if you changed your mind. There is no restocking fee either way.
Issued within 3 business days of the return passing inspection, to your original payment method. Crypto payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the US dollar amount you paid, converted at the rate on the day of refund, or as store credit if you prefer.
