We ship within the United States only. Fragrance is a limited-quantity hazardous material and travels by ground, so we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Later orders go out the next business day. Tracking is emailed when the label is created.
Standard ground is $6.95, free on orders over $75, and arrives in 1–5 business days from dispatch.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a unit arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace or refund it in full including shipping.
