We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. Your payment is taken when you place the order.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in obvious error.
You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched. Email support@maridelle.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be handled by the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
